By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

VPN Point provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection, masks your IP address, and allows you to browse the internet securely and privately. Our Services are available on iOS, iPadOS, and Apple Vision Pro platforms.
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While we strive to provide reliable and fast VPN connections, we do not guarantee specific connection speeds, uptime, or availability of server locations. Network performance may vary depending on factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VPN Point and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VPN Point and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm VPN Point, our users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VPN Point operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
