Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing VPN Point. We strive to deliver a high-quality VPN experience to all of our users. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our application.

1. Subscription Purchases

All VPN Point subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. As such, refund requests are governed by Apple's refund policies and procedures. We do not process payments directly and therefore cannot issue refunds on our end.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Accidental Purchase: If you made an unintended subscription purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original transaction date.
  • Technical Issues: If the application does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue after you have contacted our support team, you may be entitled to a refund.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate charge.
  • Unauthorized Purchase: If a purchase was made without your authorization, you may request a refund by reporting the issue to Apple.

3. How to Request a Refund

Since all purchases are processed by Apple, refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple. You can request a refund using one of the following methods:

  • Report a Problem: Visit Apple's Report a Problem page, sign in with your Apple ID, find the VPN Point purchase, and select "Request a Refund."
  • Apple ID Settings: On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases > View Account > Purchase History, then select the transaction and request a refund.
  • Apple Support: Contact Apple Support directly by visiting their website or calling their support line for assistance with your refund request.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once Apple approves a refund request, the processing time varies depending on your payment method. Typically, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method associated with your Apple ID.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your VPN Point subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Please note the following:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You will continue to have access to premium features until your current paid period expires.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
  • To avoid being charged for the next renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period.

6. Free Trial

If you are on a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel your subscription before the free trial expires, you will not be charged. Once the trial period ends and you are charged, standard refund policies apply.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • You have used the VPN service extensively during the subscription period.
  • The refund request is made more than 14 days after the initial purchase or most recent renewal.
  • The reason for the request is not covered under the eligibility criteria outlined above.
  • You have previously received a refund for the same subscription.

8. Free Version

VPN Point offers a free version with core VPN functionality. If you are unsatisfied with the premium features, you may cancel your subscription and continue using the free version of the app at no cost.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
